BaroAlbum — Privacy Policy
Aslla Soft ("we", "the developer") publishes this privacy policy for the app "BaroAlbum" ("the app").
1. Summary
- The app runs entirely without a server. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.
- There is no sign-up or login.
- All data — photos, videos, album names, settings — is stored only on your device.
- We have no access to your data.
- There are no in-app purchases (subscriptions or consumables). The app itself is a one-time paid purchase.
- No analytics, ad, or crash-reporting SDKs are included.
2. Data stored on your device
The app stores the following only in on-device storage. None of it is sent to us.

- Deletion: delete a photo/video, or delete the app, to remove the corresponding data from your device.
- Deleting the app makes app-only data (settings, etc.) unrecoverable. Photos/videos already saved to your album remain in your device's Photos library/gallery.
3. Location
The app can record where a photo or video was taken directly in the file's own metadata (EXIF or equivalent).
- Default: on. You can turn it off anytime in Settings.
- Permission: the app only requests "While Using the App" location access. It never tracks location in the background and never requests that permission.
- The app works normally if you deny it. Photos/videos are saved without location data if permission is denied.
- Location never leaves your device. Coordinates are obtained on-device at the moment of capture and written only into the photo/video file itself — never sent to our servers (we have none) or to any third party.
- If you share a photo/video with someone else, the location data embedded in it may travel with it. That is normal behavior of your device's Photos library/gallery, not something specific to this app.
- On Android, location is not recorded in videos (as of v1).

Permissions are requested when first needed and can be changed anytime in device settings.
5. Android only — on-device model download (Cutout mode)
The first time you use the background-removal capture mode on Android, the app downloads a small AI model (roughly 200 KB) from Google Play services to your device, once, only after you're shown a notice and agree. This download only retrieves a model file — it does not send your photos or personal data to Google or to us. Once downloaded, the mode works without an internet connection. iOS uses a built-in OS capability instead, so no download happens there.
6. Payments
The app is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled by Apple/Google. We never receive your payment details, such as card numbers. Purchase verification happens on each platform. Personal data handling during payment follows Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
7. Third parties
We collect no personal data, so we share nothing with third parties and outsource no processing. The app includes no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting components that send data externally.
8. Advertising
The app currently contains no ads and no ad-related data collection. If ads are ever introduced, this policy will be updated with the data collected and the ad providers, with notice.
9. Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, regardless of age.
10. Your rights
Since all data lives only on your device (or your own Photos library/gallery), you can view, edit, and delete it directly. For privacy inquiries, contact us below.
