BaroAlbum Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the mobile app 'BaroAlbum' ("the app") provided by Aslla Soft ("the developer"). By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
- The app is a camera that saves photos and videos straight to the album you choose, with several capture modes.
- The app runs without servers. There are no accounts; photos, videos, and settings are stored only on your device.
- The app does not support the HDR, Night mode, Live Photos, or Portrait mode of your device's built-in camera. Image quality and features may vary by device and operating system.
- On Android, the background removal mode downloads a model from Google Play services the first time you use it, and results may vary by photo.
3. Your data and responsibilities
- You own the photos and videos you take.
- Photos and videos are saved to your device's photo library (gallery), and the developer cannot recover them. Backing up important material is your responsibility. Deleting the app leaves saved photos and videos in place, but its own settings cannot be recovered.
- Location tagging is on by default and can be turned off in settings. If you share a photo or video with a location tag, the location may be shared with it.
- You must not use the app to infringe others' portrait, privacy, or copyright rights, or to take pictures prohibited by law. You are responsible for what you capture and share.
4. Payment and paid products
- The app is a paid app sold as a one-time purchase, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- You can download a purchased app again according to the policies of the store account used for purchase.
- Withdrawals and refunds follow applicable law and each store's refund policy and process.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the app and its design and software belong to the developer or their rightful owners. You may use the app under these terms, and these terms place no restriction on how you use what you capture with it.
6. Limitation of liability
- The developer is not liable for failed captures or data loss caused by factors beyond its control, such as device failure, insufficient storage, operating system issues, denied permissions, or user actions.
- The developer is not liable for disputes between you and third parties arising from what you capture or share.
- Nothing in this section excludes liability that mandatory consumer protection law imposes.
7. Changes to these terms
Changes will be announced in advance in the app or on this website, with their effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. This does not limit rights guaranteed to consumers by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
