Breathest Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the mobile app 'Breathest' ("the app") provided by Aslla Soft ("the developer"). By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
- The app offers bell reminders at times you set, guided breathing sessions, breathing patterns including your own, a session history, and background sounds.
- The app has no accounts and no servers run by the developer. Purchase verification and restoration use RevenueCat, Inc.; see the Privacy Policy for details.
- The app is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace medical care. If you are under treatment or your symptoms continue, consult a medical professional.
- Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable while breathing. Do not use the app while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your attention.
- Notifications depend on your device settings and operating system, so the developer does not guarantee delivery at the exact time.
3. Your data and responsibilities
- Your data, such as session history and your own patterns, is stored only on your device.
- There is no backup feature, so this data cannot be recovered if you change or lose your device or delete the app.
- Purchased themes can be restored with the same store account.
4. Payment and paid products
- The app is free to download, and today's theme opens free every day. Keeping themes requires buying them individually or buying Pro.
- Themes and Pro are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase, and what each product includes is as described on the purchase screen.
- Withdrawals and refunds follow applicable law and each store's refund policy and process.
- The scope of free features may change with prior notice. Themes and Pro you already purchased will not be reduced by such changes.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the app and its design, artwork, voices, sounds, and software belong to the developer or their rightful owners. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
- For features provided free of charge, the developer is not liable except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
- The developer is not liable for data loss or missed notifications caused by factors beyond its control, such as device failure, operating system issues, or user actions.
- Nothing in this section excludes liability that mandatory consumer protection law imposes.
7. Changes to these terms
Changes will be announced in advance in the app or on this website, with their effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. This does not limit rights guaranteed to consumers by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
