Daily Relic Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the mobile app 'Daily Relic' ("the app") provided by Aslla Soft ("the developer"). By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
- The app lets you view one museum artifact a day in 3D, and also offers desk clock and study timer screens.
- The app has no accounts and no servers run by the developer. Purchase verification and restoration use RevenueCat, Inc.; see the Privacy Policy for details.
- Artifact descriptions are reference material for appreciation and general understanding; the developer does not guarantee scholarly completeness.
3. Your data and responsibilities
- Settings such as language and theme, and a cache of your purchase status, are stored on your device and removed when you delete the app.
- Purchased packs and Pro can be restored with the same store account while connected to the internet.
4. Payment and paid products
- Today's artifact is free to view every day. Choosing other artifacts yourself requires a content pack or Pro.
- Packs and Pro are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase, and what each product includes is as described on the purchase screen.
- Withdrawals and refunds follow applicable law and each store's refund policy and process.
- The scope of free features may change with prior notice. Some artifacts may be changed or removed for unavoidable reasons, such as a rights holder's request or a license change; such cases are handled according to applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the app's design, descriptions, and software belong to the developer or their rightful owners. 3D artifact materials are subject to the licenses of the institutions that provide them; sources and licenses are listed on the app's info screen. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
- For features provided free of charge, the developer is not liable except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
- The developer is not liable for damage caused by factors beyond its control, such as device failure, operating system issues, or user actions.
- Nothing in this section excludes liability that mandatory consumer protection law imposes.
7. Changes to these terms
Changes will be announced in advance in the app or on this website, with their effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. This does not limit rights guaranteed to consumers by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
