1. 요약
- 개발자는 사용자의 할 일·메모를 개발자 서버에 모으거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 분석·광고·추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 데이터는 사용자의 기기와, 사용자가 켠 서비스(사용자 본인의 iCloud, 사용자 본인의 노션)에만 저장됩니다.
2. 개발자가 수집하는 정보
없습니다. 앱은 할 일·메모·기기 정보·사용 기록을 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다.
3. 데이터가 저장되는 곳
3-1. 이 기기
- 할 일, 메모, 반복 할 일 규칙, 설정, 완료 기록은 이 기기의 앱 저장 공간에 저장됩니다.
- 앱에서 지운 할 일·메모는 실수로 지웠을 때와 다른 기기와 맞출 때를 위해 내용과 함께 기기 안 휴지통에 보관됩니다(종류마다 최근 2,000개).
- iCloud 동기화를 쓰는 경우, 동기화 확인용 기록(건수와 오류 코드만, 할 일 내용 없음)이 기기 안에 남습니다. 이 기록은 사용자가 설정에서 직접 "내보내기"로 공유할 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.
3-2. iCloud Drive 백업 (무료)
- 앱을 다시 설치했을 때 되살릴 수 있도록, 이 기기의 할 일·메모·반복 규칙·목록 정보·완료 기록·일부 설정을 사용자 본인의 iCloud Drive에 파일 하나로 백업합니다.
- 이 파일은 사용자의 iCloud 계정에 저장되며 Apple이 보관합니다. Apple의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
3-3. iCloud 동기화 (뭐하지 Pro, 사용자가 켤 때만)
- 켜면 이 기기에 저장한 할 일·반복 할 일을 사용자 본인의 iCloud(Apple CloudKit의 개인 데이터베이스)를 거쳐 같은 Apple ID의 다른 기기와 맞춥니다. 메모와 노션 할 일은 동기화하지 않습니다.
- 개인 데이터베이스는 기본적으로 사용자 본인만 접근할 수 있고, 개발자 관리 화면에도 보이지 않습니다. 개발자는 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
- 할 일 이름과 할 일 메모는 기기에서 암호화한 뒤 iCloud에 올립니다. 날짜, 완료 여부, 반복 종류 같은 나머지 값은 이 암호화 대상이 아닙니다.
- 사용자의 iCloud 저장 공간을 씁니다. 보관은 Apple이 하며 Apple의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- 앱에서 지운 항목도 다른 기기에 "지움"을 전하기 위해 내용과 함께 "지움" 표시로 iCloud에 남습니다. 완전히 지우려면 아래 6번의 방법으로 iCloud에서 이 앱의 데이터를 지웁니다.
- 동기화를 끄거나 Pro가 해제되면 동기화만 멈추고, 기기와 iCloud의 데이터는 지우지 않습니다.
- 앱은 동기화를 원격으로 멈출 수 있도록 Apple CloudKit 공개 데이터베이스에서 설정 값 하나를 읽기만 합니다. 이때 사용자 데이터는 보내지 않습니다.
3-4. 노션 연동 (뭐하지 Pro, 사용자가 연결할 때만)
- 노션을 연결하면 사용자가 허용한 노션 데이터베이스의 할 일·메모를 노션 공식 API로 읽고 씁니다. 이 데이터는 사용자의 노션 워크스페이스에 저장되며 Notion Labs, Inc.의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다: https://www.notion.com/privacy
- 노션 로그인 토큰은 이 기기의 iOS 키체인에만 저장되고 다른 기기나 백업으로 옮겨지지 않습니다.
- 로그인할 때 토큰 교환을 위해 개발자가 운영하는 인증 중계 서버(Cloudflare Workers)를 거칩니다. 이 서버는 교환을 중계만 하고 토큰이나 사용자 데이터를 저장하지 않습니다. 이 서버를 운영하는 Cloudflare의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
3-5. 언제했지 기록 (뭐하지 Pro, 사용자가 켤 때만)
- 같은 개발자의 앱 "언제했지"가 같은 기기에 설치되어 있으면, 언제했지와 연동된 할 일을 끝냈을 때 언제했지에 완료 날짜와 시각을 기록합니다. 언제했지 항목과 이름이 같은 할 일은 저절로 연동되고, 새 이름은 추가할 때 연동할지 묻습니다. 연동은 할 일 편집 화면에서 풀 수 있습니다.
- 이 기록은 같은 기기 안에서만, 두 앱이 함께 쓰는 공간(App Group)을 통해 전달됩니다. 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
- 언제했지에 이미 있는 이름이면 항목 번호, 날짜, 시각만 전달합니다. 사용자가 연동한 새 이름이면 언제했지가 그 이름으로 항목을 만들 수 있도록 할 일 이름도 함께 전달합니다.
3-6. 구매
- 뭐하지 Pro 구매와 복원은 Apple App Store(인앱 구매)가 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부만 기기에 저장합니다.
4. 제3자 제공
개발자는 사용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 위 3번의 Apple(iCloud·App Store), Notion, Cloudflare는 사용자가 쓰기로 고른 기능을 위해 쓰이는 서비스입니다.
5. 알림
앱은 잠금화면 표시가 끝나기 5분 전에 알림을 보낼 수 있습니다. 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며 외부로 정보를 보내지 않습니다.
6. 데이터 삭제
- 기기: 앱을 지우면 기기의 앱 데이터가 지워집니다. 단, 노션 로그인 토큰은 iOS 키체인에 남을 수 있으며, 앱을 다시 설치해 처음 실행할 때 앱이 지웁니다. 노션 쪽에서 연결을 끊으면(노션 설정 > 연결) 그 토큰은 더 쓸 수 없습니다.
- iCloud 동기화 데이터와 iCloud Drive 백업: 앱을 지워도 iCloud에 남습니다. iPhone 설정의 Apple ID > iCloud 저장 공간 관리에서 이 앱의 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다(메뉴 이름은 iOS 버전에 따라 다를 수 있습니다).
- 노션: 노션에 저장된 할 일·메모는 노션에서 관리합니다. 앱 설정에서 노션 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.
7. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
8. 문의
What Do I Do — Privacy Policy
- We collect nothing. The developer does not collect, store, or receive your tasks, memos, or usage data. No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
- On your device: tasks, memos, repeating-task rules, settings, and completion history. Deleted items are kept in an on-device trash (latest 2,000 per kind). An on-device sync log contains only counts and error codes, and leaves the device only if you export it yourself.
- iCloud Drive backup (free): one backup file in your own iCloud Drive so you can restore after reinstalling. Stored by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
- iCloud Sync (Pro, only if you turn it on): syncs on-device tasks and repeating tasks through your private CloudKit database (memos are not synced). Only you can access it by default; the developer cannot see it. Task names and task notes are encrypted on device before upload; dates, completion status, and repeat type are not. Deleted items stay in iCloud with a "deleted" mark (including their content) so other devices can apply the deletion. To remove everything, delete this app's data in your iCloud storage settings. The app also reads one setting from a CloudKit public database to be able to pause sync remotely; no user data is sent.
- Notion (Pro, only if you connect): reads and writes tasks and memos in the Notion databases you allow, via Notion's official API (Notion's privacy policy applies: https://www.notion.com/privacy). The sign-in token is stored only in this device's keychain. Sign-in passes through our relay server on Cloudflare Workers, which only relays the token exchange and stores nothing (Cloudflare's privacy policy applies).
- When'd I (Pro, only if you turn it on): if our app When'd I is on the same device, finishing a task linked to When'd I records the date and time there, on device only, through a shared App Group. Tasks named like a When'd I item are linked automatically; for new names you are asked when you add the task, and you can unlink in the task editor. For an existing item only the item ID, date, and time are written; for a new name you linked, the task name is also passed so When'd I can create the item.
- Purchases: handled by the App Store. We do not receive payment information.
- Deleting data: deleting the app removes its on-device data; the Notion token may remain in the iOS keychain until the app is reinstalled and first opened, and you can revoke it in Notion. iCloud data and the iCloud Drive backup remain until you delete them in your iCloud storage settings.
