Aslla Soft ("the developer") publishes this privacy policy for the app "When'd I" ("the app").
1. Summary
- The app runs without a server. The developer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
- There is no sign-up and no login.
- All data — records, photos, notes, settings — stays on your device.
- The developer cannot access your data.
- There are no in-app purchases and no ads.
2. Data stored on your device
The app stores the following only in your device's storage. None of it is sent to the developer.

- Deleting items in the app, or deleting the app, removes this data from your device.
3. Backups and iCloud
The app offers backups so you do not lose your records. No developer server is involved.
- Backup files: you can export a backup file yourself and store or share it wherever you like. That file is yours to manage.
- Automatic iCloud copy (iOS): the app keeps a backup copy in your own iCloud Drive so your records can be restored after switching devices or reinstalling. This copy lives in storage owned by your Apple Account, and the developer cannot access it. You can turn this off in the app's settings.
- Device backup (Android): if the operating system's automatic backup is enabled, app data may be included in your own Google account backup. This is an OS feature and the developer cannot access it.
- Data handling within iCloud or a Google account is governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies respectively.

Permissions are requested the first time the related feature is used and can be changed at any time in system settings. Notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device; no external server is involved.
5. Payments
The purchase of the app is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details such as card numbers. There are no in-app purchases, so the app itself processes no payment information.
6. Third parties
Because no personal information is collected, none is shared with or processed by third parties. The app contains no analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting components that send data off the device.
7. Advertising
The app contains no advertising and collects no advertising-related information. If advertising is ever introduced, this policy will be revised and the change announced beforehand.
8. Children
The app collects no personal information from users of any age.
