Mureok Mureok Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the mobile app 'Mureok Mureok' ("the app") provided by Aslla Soft ("the developer"). By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
- The app is a plant care journal: watering and care reminders, a photo diary, memos, and growth video creation.
- The app runs without servers. There are no accounts; all data is stored only on your device.
- Plant care information in the app, such as watering intervals, is general guidance only. Plant health depends on your environment (light, humidity, pot, etc.); the developer does not guarantee any growing outcome.
3. Your data and backups
- You own the content you create, including photos and records.
- Because data is stored only on your device, it cannot be recovered if you change or lose your device or delete the app (no backup feature is currently provided).
- You may export photos and videos to your gallery or via sharing; exported copies are your responsibility.
4. Paid features
- Some features (Pro) are paid. Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase.
- Pro is a one-time (lifetime) purchase, tied to the store account used for purchase.
- Withdrawals and refunds follow applicable law and each store's refund policy and process.
- The scope of free features (e.g. one free growth video) may change with prior notice. Paid features you already purchased will not be reduced by such changes.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the app and its design, illustrations, and software belong to the developer or their rightful owners. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
- For features provided free of charge, the developer is not liable except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
- The developer is not liable for data loss caused by factors beyond its control, such as device failure, operating system issues, or user actions.
- Nothing in this section excludes liability that mandatory consumer protection law imposes.
7. Changes to these terms
Changes will be announced in advance in the app or on this website, with their effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
